Job Description
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives
Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
Oversee employee relations, addressing grievances and disciplinary issues
Design and implement performance management systems
Ensure compliance with Kenyan labor laws and internal policies
Manage payroll coordination, compensation, and benefits structures
Lead training and development programs to enhance staff skills
Maintain HR records, reports, and analytics for decision-making
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
Professional HR certification (e.g., IHRM, CIPD) preferred
Minimum 5 - 7 years' experience in HR, preferably in hospitality or service industry
Strong knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
High level of integrity and confidentiality
