This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with strong experience in manufacturing, employee relations, compliance, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HR operations, employee records, and HR documentation.
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, induction, and employee performance management.
Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and ensure compliance with Kenyan labour laws.
Support payroll administration, leave management, attendance, and statutory compliance.
Coordinate staff training, development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
Promote workplace health, safety, and employee wellbeing.
Qualifications & Experience
Applicants must meet one of the following requirements:
Option 1 - Diploma Holder
Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field.
Minimum 6 consecutive years' experience, including:
At least 4 years in a busy manufacturing environment.
At least 2 years in a busy service industry.
OR
Option 2 - Bachelor's Degree Holder
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
Minimum 4 consecutive years' experience, including:
3 years' experience in a busy manufacturing industry.
1 year's experience in a busy service industry.
Additional Requirements
Strong knowledge of Kenyan labour laws and HR best practices.
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
HRIS experience is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
