Key Responsibilities
Partner with senior leaders to deliver strategic HR solutions aligned with business objectives.
Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary matters, investigations, grievances, and employment law.
Lead talent management, succession planning, workforce planning, and organizational development initiatives.
Utilize HR analytics and workforce data to support strategic decision-making and organizational planning.
Lead HR transformation projects, process improvements, and digital HR initiatives.
Build strong relationships with managers and stakeholders across Africa and Asia while promoting an inclusive, high-performing workplace culture.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
Progress towards CIPD Level 7 or a Master's Degree is highly desirable.
Proven experience in a Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner role.
Experience supporting multinational or multi-country operations.
Strong knowledge of employment legislation, employee relations, HR compliance, workforce planning, and talent management.
Experience using HRIS platforms and workforce analytics to support business decisions.
