Oversee staff recruitment, onboarding, contracts, leave management, and performance appraisals.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, safeguarding, and child protection policies.
Drive employee engagement, welfare, and professional development initiatives.
Oversee general administrative functions (correspondence, record-keeping, archiving).
Supervise facilities management to ensure health, safety, and conducive learning environment.
Lead staff appraisal cycles for administrative staff and support HoS in appraising teaching staff.
