JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor of Science/Business in Human Resource Management Member of Institute of Human Resource Management
Be Certified Human Resource Practioner (CHRP-K) will be added advantage
Two Years of progressive experience in the Human Resources
Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications and Management systems
Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational skills.
Should have a sound knowledge. of Kenyan Labour laws and HR best practices.
KEY ROLES
Conduct recruitment, selection, and onboarding process.
Prepare payroll and other employee benefits.
Handle disciplinary matters disciplinary procedures.
Coordinate and facilitate staff performance appraisal processes. Implement and Ensure compliance with Labour laws, organizational policies, and HR procedures.
Handle employee relations matters and provide HR support to staff Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
