Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field with 2-3 years experience and previous experience in HR through an internship, NYSC placement, entry-level role, or similar experience is an advantage.
