A Reputable Company is recruiting to fill the position of: Human Resources Business Partner Marine Services. The position is located in Port Harcourt / Bonny, Rivers State. Salary: N400,000 - N500,000 / month. The successful candidate will partner with business leaders to deliver effective workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR service delivery initiatives across operational locations. Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Management, or a related discipline and must possess at least a CIPM / SHRM / HRCI / CIPD professional HR certifications with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a Marine, Oil & Gas, Logistics, Technical Operations, Outsourcing, or Project-Based Workforce environment and mmust currently reside within the Port Harcourt or Bonny Axis.
