Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or Business Management.
Must have 10 years of Human Resources experience, including at least 5 years in a senior HR management role and proven payroll management experience.
Must have proven experience using BuildSmart Payroll.
Must have experience in the construction industry.
Must possess strong experience in the development and implementation of KPI, KPA, and performance management systems.
Must have proven experience designing remuneration structures and performance-based incentive schemes.
Must have in-depth knowledge of South African labour legislation and industrial relations practices.
Must have proven experience in organisational development and workforce planning.
Must have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Must have a valid driver's licence.
