Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources (HR) Manager based in Ibadan, with flexibility to work remotely part of the time. The HR Manager will oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. The role involves developing and implementing HR strategies, fostering a positive workplace culture, and addressing employee concerns to support organizational growth and efficiency.
Qualifications
Comprehensive knowledge of HR principles, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
Ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
Excellent communication, organizational, and people management skills
Experience in training and professional development initiatives
Strong understanding of employee engagement and workplace culture development
Proficiency in using HR software and tools
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
Ability to effectively manage both in-office and remote work environments
