Description


We are seeking an experienced and proactive Male HR Manager to oversee all human resource functions within the organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, managing the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with labour regulations, and supporting business growth through effective people management.


Key Responsibilities


Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives.
Manage performance appraisal and talent development programmes.
Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and statutory obligations.
Coordinate payroll administration and employee benefits.
Maintain HR records and prepare management reports.
Drive employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives.


Requirements


Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, PHRi, or equivalent) is an advantage.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in an HR management role.
Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms.
