Key Responsibilities
Human Resource Management:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals
Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
Oversee employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures
Design and implement training and development programs
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Handle compensation, benefits, and payroll administration
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Sales & Business Support:
Collaborate with sales teams to understand staffing needs and performance gaps
Support recruitment of high-performing sales professionals
Develop incentive schemes and commission structures for sales teams
Monitor and analyze sales team performance from an HR perspective
Align HR strategies with sales targets and revenue goals
Provide coaching and training support to improve sales productivity
Strategic Functions:
Drive organizational development and culture initiatives
Implement performance appraisal systems linked to sales KPIs
Analyze HR metrics (turnover, engagement, productivity)
Partner with leadership to support business expansion and growth
Lead change management initiatives
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 5 - 8 years HR experience, with proven exposure to sales environments
Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
Experience in sales, business development, or working closely with sales teams
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools
