Our client seeks a skilled ICT Assistant to support IT infrastructure, systems maintenance, user support, and digital systems within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
Provide user support and troubleshoot IT-related issues.
Maintain network systems and ensure cybersecurity compliance.
Support ERP and digital platforms.
Ensure data backup and system security protocols are followed.
Maintain ICT documentation and reports.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in ICT, Computer Science, or related field.
4+ years' experience in IT support or systems administration.
Strong knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, and system maintenance.
Experience supporting ERP or HRIS systems is an added advantage.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently.
Attention to detail and system security awareness.
