About the role
To provide ICT support to users and systems, resolving incidents and supporting the reliable operation of hospital technology.
Responsibilities
Provide first-line ICT support and resolve user incidents.
Support hardware, software, network and device operations.
Support hospital information systems and user access.
Apply ICT security and data-protection practices.
Maintain ICT asset and support records.
Escalate complex issues appropriately.
Required skills
Knowledge of ICT support, hardware, software and networks
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Understanding of ICT security basics
Effective communication and user support
Reliability and attention to detail
Nice to have
Experience supporting health/hospital information systemsExperience with ICT support tools and ticketing systems
Experience
Experience in an ICT support or helpdesk role.
Education
Bachelor's degree, HND or ND in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline; Completion of NYSC where applicable, or a valid exemption.
