Key Responsibilities:
Provide ICT support for computer systems, networks, and other ICT equipment.
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
Support trainers and learners with ICT-related needs in classrooms and labs.
Maintain ICT inventory, ensure system security, and manage backups.
Minimum Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or related field.
Experience in ICT support within an institution or company.
Knowledge of networking, hardware repair, and system configuration.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
