We are looking for a Producer to join our team and help turn ideas into actual, finished projects. From shaping concepts to overseeing production, you will make sure everything runs smoothly and the final output hits the mark.
Your role will include:
Managing production schedules and coordinating between creative, technical, and post-production teams.
Overseeing the execution of both short and long video projects from start to finish.
Collaborating closely with writers, editors, and other creatives to develop original ideas.
Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Problem-solving and adapting plans quickly to meet creative and logistical needs.
Anticipating and solving problems before they disrupt the production process
We would love to work with you if you:
Have proven experience in video or media production (portfolio or project list required).
Understand the full production lifecycle, from pre-production planning through to post-production.
Are highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask effectively under pressure.
Have strong communication and leadership skills to coordinate diverse teams.
Are passionate about storytelling and deeply familiar with Nigerian pop culture and audiences.
Are Lagos-based and able to commute to the office and shoot locations as needed.
