What you will be doing Work on the lead generation through different acquisition channels (tele acquisition, organic, offline, referral) Validate the quality of the lead Convince seller to go live on Jumia Complete acquisition of sellers through the Self-Sign Up form Provide all information necessary for the vendor to succeed from Day 1 Ensure that sellers are admin-ready and are trained on how to grow their business on Jumia Ensure new sellers on Jumia learn how to use the necessary tools and information to start working Get feedback from our sellers and translate it into product, marketing and operations improvement What we are looking for 1-3 years of experience in Account Management, Acquisition, and/or Business Consultant Problem solver, perfect written and spoken communication Customer obsession Proactive, organized, and obsessed with details Exceptional listening, communication, and organizational skills. Proven ability to multitask and follow through while paying strict attention to detail Bachelor's degree required
