Job Summary


Responsible for driving and strategic Government, Institutional & Corporate Sales. lead our B2B and public sector sales initiatives in Nigeria's dynamic automotive industry.
This role requires deep market knowledge, strong networks within government and corporate sectors, and a consultative sales approach to drive fleet and bulk vehicle sales across key segments.


Key Roles / Responsibilities
Strategic Sales & Market Development:


Develop and implement strategic sales plans targeting government parastatals, MDAs, NGOs, multinationals, and large Nigerian corporations.
Monitor and respond to tender opportunities, bid processes, and public procurement frameworks.
Develop a structured pipeline and close high-value bulk vehicle and fleet supply deals.


Client Relationship Management:


Cultivate relationships with senior stakeholders in government (federal, state, and local), fleet buyers, and procurement managers in private sector institutions.
Act as primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high service standards and after-sales engagement.
Organize product demonstrations, test-drive events, and tailored presentations for key decision-makers.


Team & Cross-functional Coordination:


Work with internal stakeholders (logistics, finance, legal, technical, and service teams) to structure deals, resolve challenges, and ensure seamless delivery.
Lead or support a small B2B/government sales team to ensure goal alignment and performance.


Reporting & Compliance:


Maintain accurate records of all client activities using CRM tools.
Provide weekly/monthly reports on sales pipelines, forecasts, and market insights.
Ensure strict compliance with Nigerian procurement laws, anti-corruption policies, and internal company ethics.
