Role Description


This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Sales Agent based in Karen Ward, with some flexibility to work from home. The Insurance Sales Agent will identify and connect with prospective clients, offer tailored insurance solutions, and build long-term relationships for continued customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, educating clients on various insurance products, and collaborating with the insurance brokerage team to meet client needs effectively. The agent will also stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide informed advice to clients.


Qualifications


Strong skills in Insurance Sales and Sales strategies
Proven ability in Customer Service and relationship management
Knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage practices
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
