Purpose
To support effective inventory control processes by monitoring product movement, verifying inventory transactions, and ensuring compliance with internal control procedures to minimize wastage, prevent losses, and maintain inventory accuracy.
The Job
Monitor and initiate the loading process for company products, ensuring compliance with approved loading procedures.
Detect and prevent overloading and underloading of company products.
Verify that invoiced products correspond with gate passes and weighbridge dockets and maintain accurate load-out records.
Observe the discharge of AGO, petrol, and gas deliveries to ensure the correct quantity and quality are received.
Monitor the loading of scrap materials and ensure only authorized items are released for collection.
Inspect locally supplied goods and materials to confirm accuracy and quality before utilization and payment.
Monitor weighbridge operations to ensure compliance with approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Verify invoiced goods and goods receipt transactions on D365.
Requirements
5 O-Level credits, including Mathematics and English/ NABTEB, or Trade Test Grade.
NABTEB / City & Guilds (C&G) in a related discipline.
Experience:
Minimum of two (2) years' relevant experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, manufacturing, finance operations, or a related field.
