Purpose
To support the Quality Control Officer in ensuring that all raw materials, production processes, and finished products meet the company's quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
The Job
Conduct routine physio-chemical analysis of raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with established standards.
Monitor chemical micro-feeders to ensure the correct application of additives and micronutrients.
Carry out regular test baking of production and packaging samples to evaluate product performance and quality.
Inspect finished product packaging and verify weight conformity with company and regulatory standards.
Analyze diesel supplied to the plant to ensure compliance with required specifications.
Participate in plant fumigation exercises as required.
Enforce compliance with FSSC regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and quality assurance procedures.
Assist in maintaining product quality standards across all production activities.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
5 O-Level credits, including Mathematics and English/ NABTEB, or Trade Test Grade.
Experience:
Minimum of two (2) years' relevant experience in a quality assurance, quality control, manufacturing, or related environment.
The Person Must:
Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality standards.
Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrate the ability to follow established procedures and quality control processes.
