Responsibilities
Maintain accurate records of inventory and stock movement.
Monitor stock receipts, dispatches, balances, and adjustments.
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with records.
Assist with daily bookkeeping and financial record-keeping.
Record sales, purchases, expenses, and other financial transactions.
Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts, and relevant documentation.
Identify and report stock discrepancies to management.
Input and update inventory and financial information using accounting software.
Assist with the preparation of basic financial and inventory reports.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
2-5 years experience
Bachelor's, HND, or ND in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and inventory management.
Knowledge of QuickBooks Accounting Software is an added advantage.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good record-keeping and organisational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
Preferably male.
Candidates residing in or around AMAC, Kubwa, Kado, Karu, Jikwoyi, or nearby areas are strongly preferred.
Must be able to conveniently commute to the Gwarinpa work location.
