JOB PURPOSE
The Investment Administrator will be responsible for managing and coordinating all investment-related activities within the tricycle financing scheme. The role ensures proper documentation, tracking of investor funds, customer financing records, and overall administrative efficiency of the investment portfolio.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain accurate records of all investor contributions and tricycle financing agreements
Track installment payments and ensure proper reconciliation of accounts
Manage documentation for customers under the tricycle financing scheme
Liaise with sales and operations teams to ensure proper onboarding of financed customers
Prepare periodic reports on investment performance, repayments, and outstanding balances
Handle investor inquiries and provide timely updates on their investments
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures
Support audit processes and ensure proper filing of financial documents
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
1 - 3 years experience in admin, finance, or investment-related roles
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and record-keeping
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple records efficiently
