About the Role We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Investment Advisor with a strong background in real estate to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a good understanding of property investment, excellent client relationship skills, and the ability to identify investment opportunities and convert prospects into clients. Key Responsibilities Advise clients on real estate investment opportunities and property acquisitions. Identify and develop new leads and potential investors. Promote the company's properties and investment opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and prospective buyers. Conduct market research on property values, trends, and investment opportunities. Guide clients through the property investment and acquisition process. Achieve assigned sales and investment targets. Requirements Must have a background in real estate. Candidates without real estate experience will not be considered. Relevant experience in real estate sales, property investment, or property advisory. Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. Demonstrated ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients. Good knowledge of the real estate market and property investment processes. Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
