We are seeking a highly skilled and polished Investment Advisor, Luxury to join our premium marketing team.
This role is designed for a professional with an established high-net-worth clientele and a "passion for selling" luxury real estate.


Key Responsibilities


Manage and grow a strong client base of high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and premiuinvestors.
Source, engage, and successfully close high-value transactions with high-net-worth clients.
Successfully close high-value deals from N50 million and above.
Market and sell luxury and high-value real estate properties across prime locations.
Provide expert investment advice tailored to the needs of HNIs and discerning clients.
Conduct in-depth market research and analysis on luxury property trends and opportunities.
Develop and present investment proposals with clear value propositions.
Ensure a premium client experience that aligns with SOW Real Estate's luxury standards.


Requirements


Bachelor's Degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience in luxury sales, investment advisory, or real estate consulting.
Established access or exposure to a network of HNIs is a strong advantage.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
Confident, polished, and professional demeanor suitable for high-level client interactions.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, especially in the luxury market.


What We Offer


N400,000 to N500,000 Gross Monthly based on experience & 5% commission on Sales
