Role Overview


This role is strictly for experienced investment banking professionals. Candidates without a minimum of 6 years' hands-on investment banking or corporate finance experience, including direct involvement in executed and closed transactions, should not apply.
Our client, a leading financial services firm, seeks a highly driven Investment Banking Associate to support and execute high-impact corporate advisory mandates.
This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with strong deal experience and the ability to run transactions with minimal supervision.


Key Responsibilities


Lead and support M&A, capital raising, valuations, and corporate restructuring transactions
Prepare investment memos, financial models, pitch books, and board-level presentations
Conduct financial analysis, due diligence, and market/industry research
Manage client relationships and coordinate transaction workstreams
Support senior bankers in deal origination and execution.


Requirements


6 - 10 years' experience in investment banking or corporate finance
Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills
Proven track record in executing closed transactions
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
ACA, CFA, or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
