Responsibilities


Lead, supervise, and manage the Investment Advisors team, ensuring they meet individual and team sales targets.
Develop and implement strategies to attract investors and increase investment inflow.
Monitor the performance of Investment Advisors and provide coaching, mentorship, and support where necessary.
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and investors.
Identify and secure new investment opportunities for the company.
Oversee investor acquisition, engagement, and retention activities.
Maintain a strong network of business contacts, investors, and strategic partners.
Ensure the Investment Advisors team maintains an active pipeline of qualified leads and prospects.
Conduct investment presentations, negotiations, and client meetings.
Monitor market trends and provide recommendations on profitable real estate investment opportunities.
Prepare periodic investment performance and sales reports for management.
Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to drive investment campaigns and lead generation efforts.
Ensure all investment activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Drive the team towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual investment targets.

Requirements


Proven experience in investment management, real estate sales, business development, or a related field.
Previous experience leading or managing a sales, investment, or business development team.
Strong understanding of real estate investments and wealth creation opportunities.
Extensive network of investors, business professionals, and key stakeholders.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to motivate teams and drive revenue growth.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving investment and sales targets.
