Job Summary


We are seeking a smart, persuasive, and result-driven Telemarketer with proven real estate experience to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads, engaging prospective clients over the phone, scheduling inspections, and supporting the sales team in achieving organizational targets.
The candidate must possess excellent communication skills, confidence in handling objections, and the ability to convert prospects into qualified leads.


Key Responsibilities


Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote real estate properties and services.
Follow up on existing leads and maintain consistent communication with prospects.
Generate qualified leads and schedule property inspections or appointments for the sales team.
Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits to clients professionally.
Maintain accurate records of calls, client feedback, and follow-up activities.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
Handle customer inquiries and objections effectively while maintaining professionalism.
Update CRM systems and databases with accurate client information.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales departments to improve lead conversion strategies.


Requirements & Qualifications


OND / HND / B.Sc. Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
1 - 2 years proven experience as a Telemarketer, Telesales Representative, or Customer Service Representative in the real estate industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Excellent telephone etiquette and customer relationship management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Good knowledge of real estate sales processes and property marketing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Must be confident, proactive, and self-motivated.
