IT Intern (Onsite – Zoho Environment) at Basecode

What You'll Do


Provide first-level IT support to team members
Assist in managing and maintaining Zoho applications (CRM, Recruit, Desk, etc.)
Support user setup, access control, and troubleshooting
Monitor system performance and flag issues proactively
Assist with basic data management, reporting, and system updates
Document processes and support internal IT operations


What We're Looking For


Basic understanding of IT systems, software, and troubleshooting
Familiarity with tools like Zoho, Google Workspace, or similar platforms (a plus)
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
Good communication and willingness to learn
Ability to work onsite and collaborate with a team
Background in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or currently studying)
