We are looking for an IT Network & System Administrator at Smartflow Technologies Limited to support the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and security of our company\'s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should be practical, reliable, and able to troubleshoot network and system issues while ensuring employees have the connectivity and access they need to work effectively. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow their technical skills while taking increasing responsibility for the company\'s IT infrastructure

Responsibilities


Manage and maintain the company\'s network, internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, IP cameras, and related equipment.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, servers, operating systems, and other IT infrastructure.
Manage user accounts, access rights, email, and other IT services.
Monitor network and system performance and resolve issues promptly.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and system-related problems.
Perform routine system updates, backups, and basic security checks.
Support employee onboarding and offboarding by setting up and disabling IT access.
Maintain an up-to-date inventory and basic documentation of IT equipment and infrastructure.
Liaise with internet service providers and other IT vendors when necessary.
Provide technical support to users and escalate complex issues when required.
Coordinate with the OHS coordinator and investigate all reported incidents (near-misses and accidents).


Requirements


B.Sc./HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
2 - 4 years of relevant experience in IT support, network administration, or systems administration.
Good understanding of basic networking concepts such as IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, and VPNs.
Practical experience troubleshooting computers, networks, and common IT issues.
Good knowledge of Windows and/or Linux systems.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft certifications are an advantage but not mandatory.
