Job Summary
Provide basic IT support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
Assist in maintaining and updating company websites and internal applications.
Support web development projects using technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks.
Help manage cloud-based services and digital tools used across company departments.
Assist in implementing IT policies, data backups, and security measures.
Collaborate with the IT team to test, document, and deploy updates or new features.
Participate in research and learning tasks to explore innovative technologies that can improve company operations.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (or ongoing studies) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
0 - 2 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or web development.
Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) and frameworks such as React or Next.js (a plus).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
Good understanding of computer networks and system fundamentals.
Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (Python, PHP, or similar) is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
