Description:
Coordinating IT Security activities, assess, plan, develop and maintain IT Security measures on Computer Networks and Information Systems to help protect Cashbuild from IT Security and Cyber breaches and attacks.
Requirement:
NQF level 4 qualification with 3 - 5 years relevant experience in similar position.
Information Security and Cyber Risk experience or qualification would be advantageous
ISO27001 recommended knowledge
Excellent understanding of IT Security, Cyber Security and associated administration and processes
Good command of English Language, written and verbal
Knowledge of IT frameworks
Ability to handle pressure
Prepared to work extended hours
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational and administration skills
Analytical ability
Excellent time management
Key Performance Area:ÃÂïÃÂûÃÂÿ
IT Security Administration
Administer all IT Security Related information
Create and maintain IT Security filing systems in accordance with Cashbuild systems and procedures
Prepare and provide IT Security documentation, in the prescribed Cashbuild format, to internal teams and key stakeholders
Maintain and implement Information Security Management Systems policies and procedures
Schedule regular IT Security meetings, record agendas, distribute necessary documentation and meeting minutes, and record decisions (e.g. assigned tasks and next steps)
Collate meeting minutes and decisions and communicate to stakeholders in prescribed format
Attend appropriate internal and external meetings as agreed with the IT Executive
Any other relevant administrative and support duties required as determined from time to time
IT Security, Cyber Risk Incident Management
Develop and run campaigns related to IT Security and Cyber Awareness
Maintain a formal IT Security incident response process
Maintain a formal Cyber Security incident response process
Coordinate the administration of Security breaches
Vulnerability Management
Coordinate regular vulnerability and penetration testing, collate reports, document findings and ensure remediation is performed
Coordinate regular Virus Protection reports and ensure remediation is performed
Coordinate regular Patch Management reports and ensure remediation is performed
Coordinate IT Security testing on systems and software such as Firewalls and Applications to identify potential areas of vulnerability
User Access Management
Coordinate administration of system user access
Reporting
Maintain and distribute reports documenting ongoing IT Security efforts
Maintain and distribute reports documenting IT Security breaches
Administer and report on Cyber security incidents
Quality Assurance
Adherence to quality control standards
Governance
Ensure conformance to Cashbuild Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) processes
Customer Service
Ensure that work undertaken reflects Cashbuild IT Department quality and accuracy standards
Act as the point of contact for all IT Security and Cyber Risk enquiries
