Job Summary:
The IT Personnel is responsible for maintaining the organization's computer systems, networks, and IT infrastructure. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, provides technical support to staff, and safeguards data and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks
Provide technical support and troubleshoot system and network issues
Monitor system performance and ensure security and efficiency
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
Perform regular system updates, backups, and maintenance
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems
Maintain IT documentation, including system configurations and procedures
Support cybersecurity measures and ensure data protection
Assist in procurement and setup of IT equipment
Train staff on basic IT systems and best practices
Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Preferred Skills:
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified
Experience with cloud services and virtualization
Knowledge of database management and system administration
Working Conditions:
Office-based with occasional off-site support
May require after-hours support for system maintenance or emergencies
