Throughout the role you will be required to meet key performance areas such as:
On-site and remote End-user Support (all applications and printers)

Co-ordinate repairs, servicing of Computer Equipment and software maintenance
Documentation creation, maintenance, and administrative tasks

Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality Responsibilities (SHEQ)
Skills, Experience & Education
National Diploma (NQF 6) in Information Systems or related Field
Strong technical skills in - Windows Desktop, Windows Server, Active Directory, MS Exchange, MS Office, Network, Security and Printers
Excellent Written & Oral communication skills in English
Excellent telephone manner and experience with inbound and outbound call handling
Multi-tasker, Can-Do Attitude, Flexible, Attention to detail, Problem Solver, Customer Focused, Team Player with an ability to work autonomously
Experience in working within a Managed Services and 3rd party Cloud Solution environment highly regarded
Valid driver's licence
