Job Description
Our Accounts Receivable Department is looking for a seasoned Credit Controller to join our dynamic Finance team. This key role will focus on managing collections from both National and General customers, ensuring accuracy, strong client relationship, and efficient processes.
Manage collections accurately while building strong client relationships and efficient processes.
Monitor and manage customers
Liaise with internal and external customers teams
Analysing data to drive performance improvement on customer account.
Support month-end closing processes and reporting
Ensure compliance with internal controls, business requirements and credit policies
SHEQ Responsibilities
Skills, Experience & Education
Grade 12 Certificate
Credit Management 1,2 & 3
3-year National Diploma (NQF 6) advantageous
Minimum 3 years experience in a Credit Control/ Collections environment
FMCG experience advantageous
MS office proficiency
Proficient in ERP systems, SAP Preferable
Valid Drivers license required
