Job Summary
We are seeking a smart, proactive, and dependable Janitor / Office Support Assistant to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while providing basic administrative and operational support.
The ideal candidate should be educated, possess good communication skills, demonstrate initiative, and show the potential to grow into an administrative or support role within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and maintain offices, restrooms, meeting rooms, reception areas, and other company facilities.
Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and disinfect designated areas.
Empty waste bins and ensure proper disposal of waste.
Replenish cleaning and sanitary supplies as required.
Monitor facility cleanliness and report maintenance issues promptly.
Ensure a safe and hygienic working environment at all times.
Assist with filing, photocopying, scanning, and document distribution.
Support administrative staff with routine office tasks.
Run official errands as assigned.
Assist in receiving visitors and directing them appropriately.
Support meeting room preparation and office setup activities.
Maintain proper storage and organization of office supplies.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of SSCE/WAEC qualification.
OND qualification is an added advantage.
Previous experience in janitorial, office assistant, or support roles is preferred.
Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
Ability to read and write effectively in English.
