Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for United States - based positions. The Recruiter will actively source candidates using Hirefinder and other job boards while ensuring a high-quality hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting from job intake through offer acceptance
Source and engage candidates using Hirefinder and additional job boards
Post and promote job openings to maximize candidate reach
Review resumes, screen candidates, and evaluate qualifications
Coordinate and conduct initial candidate interviews
Partner closely with Team Leads and Hiring Managers to understand staffing needs
Track recruiting activity and performance through reports and metrics
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment platform
Ensure timely follow-ups and deliver a positive candidate experience
Meet or exceed monthly submission and hiring targets
Requirements
Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist (US market preferred)
Hands-on experience with recruiting platforms and sourcing tools
Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruiting metrics
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience recruiting high-volume roles
Familiarity with ATS systems and job board management
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
