Key Responsibilities
Prepare and modify 2D drawings, layouts, elevations, sections, and details using AutoCAD.
Assist in producing drawings for glass, windows, doors, partitions, façades, and other construction-related projects.
Interpret architectural drawings, sketches, measurements, and specifications.
Take accurate measurements and translate them into technical drawings where required.
Make revisions to drawings based on instructions from senior designers, engineers, or project managers.
Ensure drawings are accurate, properly dimensioned, and presented according to company standards.
Prepare shop drawings and fabrication drawings for production and installation teams.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of drawings and revisions.
Liaise with production, site, sales, and project teams to clarify design requirements.
Assist with material measurements, quantities, and basic calculations from drawings.
Identify discrepancies or errors in drawings and report them to the appropriate supervisor.
Ensure completed drawings are submitted within agreed deadlines.
Perform other design-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Accuracy and quality of drawings produced.
Timely completion of assigned drawings.
Number of errors/revisions required.
Compliance with company drawing standards.
Proper documentation and filing of drawings.
Effective support to production, site, and project teams.
Required Qualifications
OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building Technology, Drafting, or a related field.
Practical knowledge of AutoCAD is required.
0 - 2 years of relevant work experience; fresh graduates with strong AutoCAD skills may be considered.
Knowledge of construction drawings and technical drafting is an advantage.
Experience with glass, aluminium, windows, doors, façade, or fabrication drawings is an added advantage.

Ability to read and interpret technical and architectural drawings.
Good understanding of dimensions, measurements, scales, and drawing standards.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good mathematical and measurement skills.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
