Job Summary


Prepare and reconcile monthly pension schedules for all staff and coordinate remittance to PFAs.
Support end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
Assist in investigating, documenting, and administering disciplinary procedures in accordance with HR policies.
Track and monitor performance appraisal activities, ensuring timelines are met and performance data is properly documented.
Identify training needs, coordinate learning programs, and maintain training records.
Draft and issue HR-related correspondence including letters, memos, and internal communications.
Prepare and issue gratuity declaration certificates for eligible employees & Monitor and update the staff gratuity sheet, ensuring.
Collate and maintain a list of employees due for long service awards, and coordinate related recognition activities.


Job Requirements / Qualifications


B.Sc / HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1 - 3 years' relevant HR experience.
knowledge of Nigerian labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.
