Key Responsibilities
Review contracts, leases, and other legal instruments.
Support legal risk management and regulatory compliance.
Draft legal advisory opinions.
Maintain litigation and commercial matters databases.
Provide guidance on employment-related legal matters across the company and its subsidiaries.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognised university.
Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with a current Practising Certificate.
At least 3 years' post-admission experience in a busy commercial law firm or legal department.
Experience in corporate and commercial law, employment law, and data privacy.
Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
Knowledge of the legal aspects of logistics and supply chain is an added advantage.
