What You'll Be Doing
Sourcing candidates via job boards, social media, and referrals
Conducting initial phone interviews
Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
Updating and maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Participating in job fairs and recruitment events
Providing administrative support throughout the hiring process
Ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
What We're Looking For
At least one year of experience as a Recruiter.
C2 English level required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn
