The Role
As a Sales Operations Officer, you'll be the analytical backbone of our Sales team.
You'll transform raw sales data into actionable insights, build dashboards that leadership relies on, and partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to drive smarter business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Build and maintain dashboards and reports
Track key sales metrics, including pipeline health, conversion rates, quota attainment, and revenue forecasts
Partner with Sales leadership to develop territory planning, quota setting, and incentive compensation models
Conduct ad hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and business reviews
Track the attendance and productivity of the sales team in various markets
Requirements
1 - 2years of experience in sales operations preferably in a FMCG environment
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
Solid understanding of sales processes, funnels, and KPIs
Excellent communication skills — you can turn complex data into clear stories
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving instinct
