What You'll Be Doing
Drive revenue growth by converting competitor products to our client's industrial solutions
Identify and develop opportunities for industrial chains, conveyor chains, bucket elevator chains, wear parts, and mechanical components
Conduct plant-level meetings with maintenance, procurement, and engineering teams
Lead product trials and performance-based selling initiatives
Build and manage strong relationships with key industrial accounts
Conduct regular site visits to cement plants and mining operations
Collaborate with our client's internal teams on technical solutions, customization, and reverse engineering
Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and market developments
Achieve defined sales targets and maintain a healthy pipeline
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business plans
Experience & Skills Required
Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B industrial sales
Proven background selling wear parts, mechanical components, or industrial chains
Mandatory experience in the Cement and/or Mining industries
Strong ability to engage in technical discussions with plant teams
Excellent negotiation, communication, and key account management skills
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
MBA in Sales / Marketing / Business Development (advantageous)
