Job Description
We are looking to recruit an experienced Kit Co-ordinator for the KZN and Free State Region, based in Midrand.
Areas of Responsibility
Management of Kit inventory for the Vascular Division within the KZN & Bloemfontein Branch;
Dispatch of kits to various health care facilities;
Liaise with warehouses to ensure kits are fully stocked with required inventory;
Reconciliation of usage from kit stock;
Liaise with both Sales Consultants & Healthcare facilities to ensure orders are obtained for inventory used;
Monitor and remove expired inventory from kits;
Update and maintain missing inventory records;
Update and maintain kit movement records;
Monthly progress reports to management on missing inventory;
Ad-Hoc duties as and when required.
Requirements
Qualifications
Grade 12 (Matric) is a minimum requirement;
Qualifications in Logistics and Supply Chain Management will be a definite advantage.
Experience Required
Experience in Kit Inventory management would be an advantage;
Experience in Inventory Management, Control and Procedures in the Medical Device Industry will be advantageous;
Experience in ERP would be an advantage;
Analytical skills and management experience;
Skilled in Microsoft Office with advanced MS Excel is a requirement;
Analytical thinker;
Fully Bilingual in both English & Afrikaans, verbal and written communication.
