Responsibilities
The kitchen Assistant will support daily kitchen operations by assisting in food preparation, maintainingcleanliness, and ensuring proper handling of kitchen tools and materials.
The role is essential to ensure efficient meal service and adherence tohygiene standards.
Scope of Services / Responsibilities: Assist thechef/cook in basic food preparation (washing, cutting, and portioningingredients).
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, utensils, and work areasat all times.
Wash dishes, pots, and kitchen equipment promptly afteruse.
Support in serving meals where required.
Ensure proper storage offood items in line with hygiene standards.
Handle kitchen tools andequipment safely.
Dispose of waste appropriately and maintain sanitationstandards.
Report any damages, shortages, or hygiene concerns to thesupervisor
