Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day laundry operations.
Supervise, train, and support laundry staff.
Ensure quality control and timely service delivery.
Monitor inventory and laundry supplies.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational standards.
Prepare basic operational reports and records.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree, HND, or OND.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to lead a team and solve problems.
Basic computer proficiency.
Previous experience in hospitality, operations, or customer service is an advantage but not required.
