Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items accurately and efficiently.
Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion standards are maintained.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
Work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams.
Requirements
OND, HND, Bachelor's Degree, or relevant culinary training.
Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Previous kitchen experience is an advantage but not required.
