WHAT YOU WILL DO (Key Responsibilities): Command the Stage: Deliver passionate, highly engaging business presentations and seminars to prospective partners at our modern Ikeja HQ. Sell the Vision: Clearly articulate Bee Shop's revolutionary E-Commerce 5.0 ecosystem, rewards model, and digital business tools. Empower & Onboard: Conduct hands-on, step-by-step app training and practical orientation for new members. Drive Growth: Work closely with our marketing team to turn presentation attendees into active platform leaders and partners. Inspire Action: Create an electric, welcoming, and high-energy atmosphere in every single session. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR (Requirements): Proven Stage Experience: Background as a Business Trainer, Public Speaker, Event Host/MC, Sales Presenter, or Lecturer. Unstoppable Energy & Charisma: Exceptional command of the English language, confidence, storytelling ability, and room control. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable operating smartphone apps, digital screens, and presentation tools live on stage. Result-Oriented Mindset: Strong persuasive communication skills with a focus on audience conversion and growth. Location: Must reside in Lagos and be available to work onsite at our Ikeja HQ.
