Salary: ÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂæ12,000,000 net annually + commission
Our client is seeking a commercially driven Lead, Client Engagement & Business Development to drive new business, grow client relationships, and support revenue expansion across HR consulting, recruitment, learning, performance management, culture transformation, and workforce advisory services.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
Convert prospects into paying clients
Manage relationships with CEOs, HR Leaders, executives, and procurement teams
Follow up on proposals and support deal closure
Work with consultants to develop client proposals
Grow existing accounts and drive repeat business
Maintain weekly sales and pipeline reports
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Minimum of 7 years' experience in sales, business development, consulting sales, HR services, recruitment, training, or professional services
Proven ability to generate and close business
Strong relationship management, networking, proposal, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills
Ability to engage senior decision-makers confidently
Understanding of HR consulting or professional services will be an advantage
The ideal candidate must be commercially driven, professional, confident, disciplined, target-oriented, and able to sell solutions; not just services.
