Overview
Introduction: The Terms of Reference (ToR) outlines the requirement for a qualified Leadership Training Consultant to design and deliver a comprehensive leadership development program, aimed at enhancing senior/mid-level management skills, fostering a coaching culture, and improving performance management.
The consultant will conduct needs assessments, develop training materials, and submit final evaluation reports.
Responsibilities
Needs Assessment: Conduct a training needs assessment to customize content.
Work closely with the State Ministry of Health Team
Ensure alignment of approach with the organization's objectives and participants' requirements
Provide pre and post training evaluation and support
Evaluate workshop effectiveness
Curriculum Development: Develop, design, and produce high-quality training materials (manuals, presentations, tools, and exercises).
Delivery/Facilitation: Deliver interactive training sessions (in-person or online), utilizing participatory training methods.
Follow-up/Evaluation: Administer pre-and post-training.
Required Qualifications
Advanced University Degree in Management, HR, Psychology, or related Social Sciences.
5 - 7 years of experience in leadership training, organizational development, or consultancy.
Proven expertise in designing and facilitating interactive workshops for diverse teams.
Strong understanding of emotional intelligence, mentoring, and coaching techniques.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and writing skills in English.
Submission of Samples: Examples of previous leadership training materials (if available).
