Interested candidates should possess a BSc / HND in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, Education or a related discipline with 3-5 years' hands-on experience in a Learning & Development or HR Generalist role, ideally within a manufacturing, FMCG or fast-paced industrial environment.
